As well as the device being a dud it is also a monochrome screen which takes the appearance back 15 years.
Get it fixed asap or have it replaced.

★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ This bank is a joke! Nobody helps you, you wait forever in line then when they finally decide to serve you tell they are unhelpful! They are the most slowest, unhelpful bank I have ever experienced. I have had to walk out a numerous amount of times in my lunch break. I will be closing all my commonwealth accounts and going elsewhere! I have never experienced this at the Newcastle Permanent Building Society!
